Billigence Demonstrates Excellence within Salesforce Ecosystem

Tableau became the only reporting tool in Česká spořitelna, which led to significant cost savings in the area of Business Intelligence.
Over the past three years, the number of Tableau users has grown to over 4,000 per month and workforce capacity has been freed up by over 40%. The platform now contains over 550 reports that serve various purposes and support decision-making processes across the bank.

Furthermore, the study revealed that more than 90% of Salesforce customers use their partners’ applications and services, which contributes to the further development of the ecosystem in the areas of AI, data and CRM.
