Billigence 2021 Talent ID Triathlon

2021 Billigence Talent ID Academy

Registrations are now open!

December 3rd - 5th - Sydney Academy of Sport and Recreation

We are proud to announce that, in partnership with Triathlon NSW, the registrations for the third annual Billigence Talent ID Academy are now open.

After a successful first and second year which saw upwards of 40 athletes put through their paces each year, Billigence are again sponsoring the three-day multisport camp to support the future of junior triathlon in NSW.

The high-quality sporting facilities at Sydney Academy of Sport, Narrabeen will welcome athletes from all over the state for three days of exciting skills sessions with world class coaches. Participants will have two race opportunities at the end of the camp, with the chance to reflect and readjust with the coaches between the events.

Robyn Low-Hart Coach Education and Pathway Lead said “The Billigence Talent Identification Camp is a great opportunity for youth to be introduced to the sport of triathlon. The participants will get access to some education around the sport with the best coaches that the state has to offer. Athletes will come away from the camp with a skill set that can prepare them for future events”.

Triathlon NSW warmly invites all athletes aged 12-16 who can run, bike and swim and who are interested in trying triathlon or developing their skills, to register now for the Billigence Talent ID Academy Camp to be held on December 3-5th at the Sydney Academy of Sport and Recreation.

Please note the camp is not open to current athletes in the NSW Pathway Development Program (including ROSTA and the Regional Academies of Sport).

The Camp includes:

  • Three-day live-in camp at SAS Narrabeen including food & accommodation
  • Mentoring & coaching from some of Australia’s best triathlon coaches
  • Skill development sessions
  • Held at the Sydney Academy of Sport & Recreation, utilising their high-quality sporting facilities
  • Entry into onsite triathlon and aquathlon
